This post is long overdue but it's better late than never.
I was a bit quiet & MIA for the month of December.
There was a lot going on but that was 2013.
I wanted to share these few snaps of my Christmas with you.
Originally, I planned on spending Christmas with Chris & his family in the hill country of Maine.
But things didn't go as we planned.
So Chris & I made the best of the situation & celebrated it on the eve of Christmas Eve.
I love shiny, pretty lights.
Yes, I admit it: I put up Christmas tree wayyy early, a week before Thanksgiving.
I made us each a cuppa hot chocolate with some marshmallows.
I will pop up the homemade hot coco soon, I promise.
Chris & I took turn opening our presents.
There's something about hand-tied bows that make presents look 10x better.
Don't you agree?
His favorite gifts from me were these homemade photo cubic cubes.
I got the idea from here.
Instead of gluing the photos on just a cube, I thought it would be more impressive with a cubic cube.
Plus, it is super fun to solve it.
And the other pressies.
I'm still waiting for my other present: a customized full-length mirror.
I hope you had a Merry Christmas with your family & loved ones.
Cheers!
